     Learned counsel for the petitioner that the controversy in the

present petition is because the petitioner is pursuing the Diploma

Course in Pharmacy and he has been denied his opportunity to

take various attempts.

     Mr. Mohit Singhvi, learned counsel for the respondents

submits that the controversy involved in the present petition is no

more res-integra, as it is decided by Division Bench of this Hon'ble

Court at Jaipur in Yogendra Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.

                                   (D.B. Special Appeal Writ No.1188/2022) along with other

                                   connected matters, on 11.11.2022.

                                         On perusal of the record of the case, the controversy is

                                   squarely covered by the aforementioned judgment of the Division

                                   Bench of this Hon'ble Court at Jaipur Bench.

                                         In view of the above, no interference in the present petition

                                   is made out and the same is accordingly dismissed. All pending

                                   applications also stand dismissed.
