in the judgment dated 17.10.2022 rendered in C.W.
No.14758/2018 (Ashvini Kumar Vs. State of Rajasthan & Anr.)
due to some typographical error, civil writ petition number in the
header of each page has been inadvertently mentioned as CW-
14578/2018 whereas it should have been CW-14758/2018.

Keeping in view the aforesaid, it is ordered that necessary
corrections be incorporated in the order passed by this Court on
17.10.2022.
Corrected copy of the order may be uploaded on the official
