The matter comes up for consideration of application

(01/22) seeking correction/modification in the order

dated 24.5.2022 passed by this Court in SBCWP

No.7509/2022.

For the reasons averred in the aforesaid application,

the same is allowed and it is directed that in the order

(2 of 2) [CW-7509/2022]

dated 24.5.2022 passed by this Court in SBCWP

No.7509/2022, Para 5 shall now be read as under :

"Meanwhile, in case due fees is deposited, the respondents shall permit the petitioner-institution to provisionally participate in the future ongoing counseling for GNM Course for the academic session 2021-22 with intake capacity of 60 seats."

Ordered accordingly.
