                                         The matter comes up on an application (inward no.02/2022)

                                   for exemption in marking the attendance on 09.05.2022.

                                         For the reasons mentioned in the application and in the

                                   interest of justice, the same is allowed and one more chance is

                                   given to the petitioner to appear before this Court on or before

                                   15.07.2022. In case, the petitioner appears before Registrar

                                   (Judicial) of this Court for marking his attendance, then rest of the

                                   conditions as stipulated in order dated 07.05.2020 shall remain

                                   the same for future.
