some time, learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that

he wants to withdraw this writ petition, however, seeks liberty for

the petitioners to rebutt the evidence of the DW-2 in relation to

the points which are irrelevant as per plaintiff.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with

the liberty sought for.
