Counsel for the petitioner submits that the controversy in the
present writ petition rests decided by the Division Bench judgment
passed by this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition
No.16853/2015; Tarannum Khan vs. State of Rajasthan and
Ors. decided on 21.04.2017.
Counsel for the respondents does not refute the above
submission.

In view of the submission made and in view of the ratio laid
down in case of Tarannum Khan (supra), the present writ
petition is allowed.
The respondents are directed to afford appointment to the
petitioner on the post which was already kept vacant in pursuance
of the order dated 23.01.2019 passed by this Court. The petitioner
would be afforded appointment and would be granted notional
benefits with effect from the date the person lower to her in merit
had been afforded appointment.
All the pending applications also stand disposed of.
