This writ petition is filed by the petitioner-Institution with a

grievance that the petitioner-Institution has applied for granting

affiliation as new ITI, however, the respondents are not conducting

inspection of the existing premises of the petitioner-Institution for

(2 of 2) [CW-6841/2022]

granting affiliation as new ITI, though the prayer is kept pending

since long.

In the above facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it

appropriate to dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the

respondents to consider and decide the application of the

petitioner- Institution for granting affiliation as new ITI, if the

same has already not decided, within a period of six weeks from

the date of production of certified copy of this order.

Stay petition is also disposed of.
