This writ petition is filed by the petitioner-Institution with a

grievance that the petitioner-Institution has applied for granting

affiliation to additional trades/ units i.e. Electronics Mechanics

and Health Sanitary Inspector, however, the respondents are not

conducting inspection of the existing premises of the petitioner-

(2 of 2) [CW-6840/2022]

Institution for granting affiliation to additional trades/units, though

the prayer is kept pending since long.

In the above facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it

appropriate to dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the

respondents to consider and decide the application of the

petitioner- Institution for granting affiliation to additional trades/

units, if the same has already not decided, within a period of six

weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

Stay petition is also disposed of.
