Learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the
issue with regard to admissibility of rectification in the return
(2 of 2) [CW-6712/2021]
stands concluded by the judgment of the Supreme Court in the
case of Union of India Vs. Bharti Airtel [2021 0 SCC 647].
Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the
aforesaid judgment is distinguishable and the matter would
require detailed hearing.
Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the
parties, we are inclined to list the matter for hearing after four
weeks.
