     At the outset, learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits

that the writ petitioner has already been granted relief on the

basis of the certificate other than which was under adjudication.

He further submits that he may be given liberty to withdraw the

writ petition in light of the submissions made in the application

(inward no.01/2022), as it is of no consequence now.

     Learned Senior Counsel Mr. GR Punia appearing for review

petitioner accepts the proposition of the writ petitioner and also

submits that the matter may be disposed in the same terms as

sought by learned counsel for the writ petitioner.

                                         In light of the submissions made by learned counsel for the

                                   writ petitioner and for the reasons mentioned in the application

                                   (inward no.01/2022), the same is allowed.

                                         Accordingly,   the     judgment          passed       by   this   Court   on

                                   12.04.2018 is recalled. The writ petitioner is permitted to

                                   withdraw the writ petition.

                                         Since the aforesaid application is allowed, therefore, the

                                   present review petition and writ petition no.12999/2016 both are

                                   disposed of, as the writ petition stands withdrawn.
