The petitioner has moved the present applications inter alia

seeking extension of interim order by indicating that

notwithstanding the interim order dated 04.05.2015 passed by the

co-ordinate Bench of this Court, the trial Court is proceeding with

the matter in light of judgment dated 28.03.2018 of Hon'ble

Supreme Court in the case of Asian Resurfacing of Road Pvt.

Ltd. & Anr. V/s CBI.

The applications are not opposed by the counsel for the

respondent.

For the reasons stated in the applications, the same are

allowed.

The interim order dated 04.05.2015 passed by the co-

ordinate Bench of this Court is extended till vacated or modified.
