Considering the submission that in the transaction took place

by the vendors Son Kanwar and Usha Kanwar co-accused Vikram

and Heera appended their signature as a witness to the

instrument and name of the petitioner is found nowhere in the

document, I deem it appropriate to direct the petitioner to join the

investigation on or before 27.05.2022.

On his appearance, the Investigating Office shall make

complete investigation from the petitioner and then send his

report for the perusal of this Court on the next date of hearing.

Till then, the petitioner shall not be arrested in connection

with FIR No.280/2021 registered at Police Station Rajnagar,

District Rajsamand.

List the matter on 30.05.2022.
