Heard.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has

been transferred from Jodhpur Commissionerate to Udaipur Range

by order dated 22.04.2022 (Annex.2) and has been relieved by

order dated 28.04.2022 (Annex.3), which are contrary to the

judgment in the case of Subhash Chandra vs. State of Rajasthan

& Ors. : S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.10353/2021 decided on

03.09.2021.

In view of submissions made, issue notice. Issue notice of

stay petition as well.

In the meanwhile and till further orders, effect and operation

of the order dated 22.04.2022 (Annex.2) and relieving order dated

28.04.2022 (Annex.3) qua the petitioner shall remain stayed.
