HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE FARJAND ALI Judgment / Order

05/05/2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the bail

application at this stage with a liberty to renew their praye after the

statement of the prosecution witness Shakti Singh S/o Jethu Singh

Rajpurohit & Hansaram S/o Chunnilal is recorded in the trial court.

Hence, the bail applications preferred on behalf of Vikram Deora

S/o Amritlal is dismissed as withdrawn.

In the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, the trial court

is directed to examine aforesaid witnesses on preferential basis,

preferably within three months from the date of receipt of this order.

Thereafter, the petitioner would be at liberty to move a fresh application

before this Court.
