Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the

Bar Council of India vide letter dated 30.04.2022 (Annex.9) has

requested the Members of the Bar Council of Rajasthan to attend

the meeting scheduled to be held on 10.05.2022.

However, simultaneously it is informed that the Bar Council

of India has resolved that the Chairman/Vice-Chairman are

restrained from holding any meeting of the General Council of the

Bar Council of Rajasthan.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the

Bar Council of India has no jurisdiction to restrain the Chairman/

Vice-Chairman from holding any meeting of the General Council of

the Bar Council of Rajasthan.

Issue notice. Issue notice of the stay petition also, returnable

on 25.05.2022.

In the meantime, the effect and operation of the order/ letter

dated 30.04.2022 (Annex.9) shall remain stayed.
