20/05/2022
In view of judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in case of
Shankarlal Nandani Vs. Sohanlal Jain [(2022) SCC Online
SC 442], the issue raised in the revision petition has rendered
infructuous, as the eviction suit invoking the provisions of Section
(2 of 2) [CR-57/2020]
106 of the Transfer of Property Act has been found to be
maintainable/triable by the civil court.
Accordingly, the revision petition is dismissed as not press.
Stay application and any other pending application(s), if any, also
stand(s) disposed of.
