maintainable, however, applicant has preferred this criminal
appeal.
Counsel for the appellant does not want to press the present
criminal appeal. He seeks liberty to move criminal misc. bail
application.
Accordingly, present Criminal Appeal is dismissed as
withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
Certified copy of the impugned order be provided to the
counsel for the appellant after retaining photocopy thereof.
