1. By way of this contempt petition petitioner seeks compliance

of the order dated 21.01.2022 passed by the Principal Seat of this

Court in D.B. Civil Writ Petition No.4223/2020.

2. Office has pointed out a defect that this contempt petition

pertains to the jurisdiction of Principal Seat of this Court. Though

the petitioner has submitted the reply to the objection raised by

the Office, we are of the view that as the original order was

passed by the Principal Seat of this Court, the jurisdiction to

entertain the contempt petition lies with the Principal Set of this

Court. Petitioner has not complied with the same. He has to

submit the contempt petition at the Principal Seat of this Court.

With the observations made aforesaid, this Contempt Petition

stands disposed of.
