This anticipatory bail application has been filed under Section

438 Cr.P.C. by the petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection

with F.I.R. No.134/2014, Police Station Kolayat, District Bikaner,

for the offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of the

IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the charge

sheet has been filed in absence of the petitioner and later on, the

trial court issued arrest warrant against the petitioner. Now, the

petitioner is ready to appear before the trial court. The trial court

may be directed to decide his bail application on the same day.

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the

petitioner, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial court

on or before 04.04.2022 and file an application for regular bail and it

is expected from the trial Court that application will be decided on

the same day. Till 04.04.2022, the petitoner shall not be arrested in

the present F.I.R.

The bail application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is disposed of

accordingly.
