This writ petition is filed by the petitioners with a prayer to

direct the Board of Revenue for Rajasthan, Ajmer to decide the

appeal preferred by the private respondents within fixed time.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and

after going through the material available on record, I do not find

it proper to give any such direction, however, the petitioners are

free to move application before the Board of Revenue for early

disposal of the appeal.

If any such application is filed by the petitioners, it is

expected that the Board of Revenue shall consider and decide the

same expeditiously strictly in accordance with law.

With these observations, this writ petition is disposed of.
