Counsel for the petitioner submits that the controversy in

question is squarely covered by the judgment passed by this Court

in S.B.C.W.P. No.11382/2017 (Mohd. Farhan Vs. State of

Raj. & Ors.) along with other connected matters decided on

08.01.2018.

Counsel for the respondents does not refute the said fact.

Counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that in

pursuance to the directions as issued in Mohd. Farhan's case, a

Committee had been constituted and the case of the petitioner

was also considered by the said Committee.

The minutes of the meeting dated 15.09.2021 have been

placed on record and a perusal of the same makes it clear that

one seat has been kept vacant for the petitioner only because of

the fact that the present writ petition is pending.

In view of the submissions made, the present petition is also

allowed in terms of Mohammad Farhan's case. Respondent

Department is directed to take appropriate action within a period

of one month of the receipt of the certified copy of the present

order.
