interim order passed by this Court in the light of the judgment of

Supreme Court rendered in the case of Asian Resurfacing of Road

Agency Pvt. Ltd.

For the reasons stated, the application for extension of

interim stay order dated 24.05.2019 granted by this Court, is

allowed.

List this case after two weeks.

The interim order dated 24.05.2019 shall continue till the

next date.
