Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that aggrieved of

the order dated 25.01.2022 (Annx.5), the petitioner had made a

representation to the competent authority, however, the

competent authority has not yet decided the same. Therefore, the

authority may be directed to decide the representation of the

petitioner.

In the circumstances, the petition filed by the petitioner is

disposed of. The respondent competent authority is directed to

decide the representation filed by the petitioner expeditiously,

preferably within a period of two weeks from the date a copy of

this order is placed before the said authority.

The petitioner is free to file fresh, detailed representation, if

so advised.
