1. Learned counsel for the review petitioners apologetically

submits that while arguing the case on 10.11.2020, inadvertently

he has wrongly stated that the controversy involved in the writ

petition is covered by the judgment dated 21.10.2017 rendered in

SB Civil Writ Petition No.21214/2017 (Om Prakash Vs. State of

Rajasthan).

2. In view of what has been stated by learned counsel for the

petitioners, the order dated 10.11.2020 passed by this Court in SB

Civil Writ Petition No.9588/2020 (Sushil Kumar Bhati & Ors. Vs.

State of Raj. & Ors.) is hereby recalled. Writ petition stands

restored to its original numbers.

4. The review petition stands allowed.
