The MACT, Abu Road, Sirohi Camp Pindwara by its judgment and award dated

08.10.2018 in MAC Case No.73/2015 awarded a sum of Rs.8,91,700/- alongwith interest

@ 6% per annum.

Learned counsel for the appellants submits that he wants to withdraw the present

appeal as unknowingly two appeals have been filed against the same judgment and

award.

In view of the above, the appeal is disposed of as withdrawn.

The Registry is directed to send back the record forthwith.
