1. Mr. Trivedi, learned counsel for the petitioner points out an

inadvertent error crept in para No.1 of the order dated 23.02.2022

passed in SB Civil Writ Petition No.2713/2022.

2. Considering the submissions made, this Court is of the view

that contents of para No.1 of the order aforesaid is required to be

substituted.

3. In view of the aforesaid, the para No.1 of the order dated

23.02.2022 stands substituted and be read thus :

"The present writ petition has been filed against the

judgment dated 17.01.2022, passed by the learned

Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (Rent Act),

Jodhpur Metropolitan whereby the Rent Tribunal has

rejected the application dated 06.02.2020 filed by the

petitioner, for obstructing the certificate of recovery of

possession."

4. An amended order be drawn and uploaded, while offloading

the earlier order.

5. The application is thus, allowed.
