Judgment / Order
08/03/2022
After attempting to argue the matter on merits for
quite some time, learned counsel for the petitioners has
submitted that he does not want to press this writ
(2 of 2) [CW-3270/2022]
petition, however, seeks liberty for the petitioners to
move appropriate representation before the authority
concerned for redressal of their grievances.
Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as not
pressed with the liberty sought for.
If any such representation is moved by the
petitioners before the authority concerned, it is expected
that the concerned authority shall consider and decide
the same strictly in accordance with law expeditiously.
