The civil suit was filed by grand son assailing the Will made

in favour of her grand mother and partition of property by his

grand father. Trial court has dismissed the suit vide impugned

judgment dated 09.09.2021.

Issue notice to respondents

Notices be issued in both modes. One to be sent by ordinary

process and another by registered post.

Call for record.

At this stage, there is no case to grant ex-parte interim stay

order, however, the order on the stay application would be passed

after hearing the respondents.
