Appellants-plaintiffs has filed this first appeal assailing the

judgment and decree dated 30.11.2021 passed by District Judge

Family Court, Karauli in civil suit No.06/2018 (30/2013) CIS

No.06/2018 whereby and whereunder their civil suit for

compensation and permanent injunction has been dismissed.

The appellants-plaintiffs claimed compensation against the

respondent- Jaipur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited for damaging his

'patore' and other construction on his agricultural land. His claim

for compensation has been dismissed by the trial court vide

impugned judgment dated 30.11.2021.

Heard.

Admit.

Issue notice to respondents.

At this stage, there is no case for grant of ex-parte interim

stay order, however, the order on the stay application would be

passed after hearing the respondents.
