Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the

orders dated 2.6.2017 and 19.5.2017 passed in the writ petitions

have subsequently been modified by the Division Bench of this

Court vide judgment dated 28.8.2019, therefore, they want to

withdraw the contempt petitions with liberty to file the same

before the Division Bench.
