This appeal has been filed by appellant-defendant assailing
the judgment and decree dated 23.09.2021 passed by Additional
District Judge No.3, Jaipur in civil suit No.152/2018 (579/2016)
(NCV NO.329/2018) whereby and whereunder respondents' civil
suit for possession and permanent injunction has been decreed
on the basis of Will.
Both parties are of one family and the matter requires
consideration.
Admit.
Issue notice to respondents.
Call for record
In the meanwhile, both parties shall maintain status quo in
relation to the suit property, as it exists today.
