28/03/2022 The matter comes up on an application (1/2022) filed by the

respondents seeking vacation of the interim order dated

11.08.2021.

Since, the arguments on stay vacation application and for

admission of writ petition would be same, as requested by the

learned counsels for the respective parties, the prayer would be

considered at the time of admission of the writ petition.

Learned counsels for the respective parties are directed to

supply brief synopsis alongwith copies of the judgments they want

to rely upon at least a day prior to the next date.
