HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE FARJAND ALI
Judgment / Order
16/03/2022
Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and
learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.
Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not
inclined to extend the benefit of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner.
However, this Court deems it proper to direct the petitioner
that he shall surrender before the learned trial Court on or before
31.03.2022 and to move required bail application.
In the event if the application is moved, the learned trial
Court shall hear and decide the same in accordance with law.
