This First Appeal has been filed by the appellant, assailing

the judgment and decree dated 05.04.2019 passed by the

Additional District Judge, Sawaimadhopur, whereby in a civil suit

for cancellation of sale deed, specific performance, the trial court

has cancelled the registered sale deed dated 28.12.2012 of the

appellant.

Heard.

Admit.

Call for the record.

Issue notice to the respondents for appeal as well as stay

application.

In the meanwhile, execution and operation of the impugned

judgment and decree dated 05.04.2019 shall remain stayed with

further direction that both parties shall maintain status quo as to

allienation and possession in relation to the property in question

as it exists today.
