The issue with regard to maintainability of writ appeal

against the impugned order is required to be decided in this

matter.

Mr. Rajendra Prasad, Senior Advocate assisted by Mr.

Bhagirath Singh Kuri Advocate & Mr. Sultan Singh Kuri Advocate

enters appearance and takes notice on behalf of respondents No.1

& 2.

Issue notice to respondent No.3 on payment of P.F. within

three days. Notices be made returnable within two weeks.

Notice to respondents No.4 & 5 need not be issued as they

are not necessary party.

Matter be listed for arguments on the issue of maintainability

of the appeal on 04.04.2022.

Though, a prayer for stay has been made, prima-facie taking

into consideration the very aspect of maintainability of this appeal,

we are not inclined to grant any interim order.

Application for stay is rejected.
