Appellant-plaintiff has preferred this first appeal assailing the

judgment and decree dated26.11.2021, whereby his suit for

cancellation of agreement and permanent injunction in relation to

area of 2 bigha 11 biswa out of total area of 12 Bigha 11 biswa of

the lands in question has been dismissed.

Heard.

Issue notice of appeal as well as stay application.

In the meanwhile and until further orders, parties are

directed to maintain status quo as to alienation and possession as

exists today in relation to the land in question having area of 2

bigha 11 biswa
