The present petition has been filed aggrieved of the

impugned order dated 15.06.2022 whereby the petitioner has

been transferred from PHC Jigasari Choti to Sub Center -9, RP,

Hanumangarh. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for

the petitioner that the said transfer/adjustment had been made in

contravention to the Rajasthan Panchayati Raj (Transfer Activities)

Rules, 2011. Counsel relied upon the earlier judgments passed by

the co-ordinate Bench of this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition

No. 11862/2017 (Samleta Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.)

decided on 14.11.2017 & S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.

14964/2019 (Kiran Kumari Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.)

decided on 15.01.2020 and the judgments passed by the

Division Bench of this Court in D.B. Spl. Appeal. Writ

No.736/2018 (State of Rajasthan & Ors. Vs. Samleta)

decided on 11.10.2018 and D.B. Spl. Appeal. Writ

No.683/2021 (State of Rajasthan & Ors. Vs. Mool Shanker)

decided on 14.01.2022.

Issue notice. Issue notice of the stay petition also. Notices be

made returnable within a period of four weeks.

Meanwhile, the effect and operation of the impugned order

dated 15.06.2022 shall remain stayed qua the present petitioner.
