The present petition has been filed aggrieved of the

impugned order dated 15.06.2022 whereby the petitioner has

been transferred from Nathwania to PHC Jhabra, Jaisalmer. It has

been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the

said transfer/adjustment had been made in contravention to the

Rajasthan Panchayati Raj (Transfer Activities) Rules, 2011.

Counsel relied upon the earlier judgments passed by the co-

ordinate Bench of this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.

11862/2017 (Samleta Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.)

decided on 14.11.2017 & S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.

14964/2019 (Kiran Kumari Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.)

decided on 15.01.2020 and the judgments passed by the

Division Bench of this Court in D.B. Spl. Appeal. Writ

No.736/2018 (State of Rajasthan & Ors. Vs. Samleta)

decided on 11.10.2018 and D.B. Spl. Appeal. Writ

No.683/2021 (State of Rajasthan & Ors. Vs. Mool Shanker)

decided on 14.01.2022.

Issue notice. Issue notice of the stay petition also. Notices be

made returnable within a period of four weeks.

Meanwhile, the effect and operation of the impugned order

dated 15.06.2022 shall remain stayed qua the present petitioner.
