Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order

dated 1.6.2022, the petitioner has been placed under "awaiting

posting order" without stating any reason, whereas, Rule 25A of

Rajasthan Service Rules clearly provides that while placing an

employee under "awaiting posting order", the reason would be

specified by the department.

Apart from above argument, it is also contended by Learned

counsel for the petitioner Mr. Indra Raj Choudhary that Mahaveer

Singh Beniwal was posted as BDO in Nagaur vide order dated

08.06.2022.

His argument is that the petitioner is being placed under APO

simply with a view to accommodate Mahaveer Singh Beniwal.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Mahaveer

Singh Beniwal has already joined at Nagaur.

List this case on 28.6.2022 alongwith S.B. Civil Writ Petition

Nos. 8513/2022 and 8565/2022.

Meanwhile, effect and operation of the order dated 1.6.2022

qua the petitioner shall remain stayed.
