The present misc. application has been submitted by the

petitioner seeking correction/modification in the order dated

28.03.2022 passed by this Court.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the correct date of

Notification is 27.02.2009 but inadvertently, due to typographical

error the date of Notification has been typed out as 27.02.2019 in

the order dated 28.03.2022 passed by this Court.

Prayer when read with the aforesaid judgment, appears to be

innocuous. Hence, the application seeking correction/modification

in the order dated 28.03.2022 passed by this Court is allowed for

the reasons stated therein.

It is made clear that the date of the Notification in the order

dated 28.03.2022 passed by this Court should be read as

"27.02.2009" instead of "27.02.2019".

The order passed today shall be treated as part and parcel of

the judgment dated 28.03.2022 passed by this Court.
