Learned Senior Counsel Mr.MM Ranjan, assisted by learned

counsel Mr.Rohan Agrawal, appearing for the petitioners,

submitted that similar controversy has been decided by the

Division Bench in DB Special Appeal (Writ) No.418/2021

(State of Rajasthan & Anr. Vs. Kharta Ram & Ors.), decided

vide order dated 03rd March, 2022 along with other connected

appeals and as such, learned counsel submitted that this case is

also required to be decided in view of the judgment passed by the

Division Bench.

Learned counsel for the respondents prays for and are

granted time to go through the judgment of the Division Bench to

make their submissions.

As prayed, let this case be listed on 27th July, 2022.
