This Court finds that the present matter was listed on

07.05.2022 on the Misc. Application filed by the applicant for

quashing the settlement dated 23.01.2015 arrived at between the

parties before the Mediation Centre, Jaipur.

Learned counsel for the applicants was not present on

the last date of hearing also and when case was called today, no

one has appeared on behalf of the applicants too.

This Court directs this matter to be listed on

05.07.2022.

List on 05.07.2022. In case, counsel for the applicants

would not appear on the next date, the application so filed will be

dismissed by this Court.
