Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is in

possession over the plot in question, which was duly allotted to

him by the Co-operative Society. The JDA issued notice for

dispossession of petitioner from the plot in question, against which

the petitioner filed an appeal before the JDA Appellate Tribunal,

which has been dismissed vide order dated 07.06.2022.

Learned counsel for petitioner further submits that the JDA

Appellate Tribunal has committed illegality and jurisdictional error

in dismissing the appeal.

Heard.

Issue notice to respondents.

In the meanwhile, parties shall maintain status quo in

relation to the plot in question.
