The case is listed in 'Defects' category, however, the defects

pointed out by the Office are overruled.

With the consent of learned counsel for the petitioner, the

writ petition is being taken up for hearing today itself.

The present writ petition has been filed against the judgment

dated 22.11.2019 passed by learned Motor Accident Claims

Tribunal No.1, Jodhpur in M.A.C.T. Case No.104/2014, whereby an

award of Rs.10,000/- has been passed in favour of the

respondents on account of the injuries suffered by the injured Shiv

Singh.

The total amount in the present case is Rs.10,000/- and this

Court feels that the order dated 22.11.2019 does not calls for any

interference even on merits as the amount of compensation

awarded for the injuries suffered by Shiv Singh is just and

reasonable.

The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed. However, the

observations made in this writ petition shall not prejudice the case

of the petitioners in other Civil Misc. Appeals, assailing the validity

of the order dated 22.11.2019.
