IA No. 1/2022:-

The petitioners have moved the present application inter alia

seeking extension of interim order by indicating that

notwithstanding the interim order dated 02.04.2012 passed by the

co-ordinate Bench of this Court, the trial Court is proceeding with

the matter in light of judgment dated 28.03.2018 of Hon'ble

Supreme Court in the case of Asian Resurfacing of Road Pvt.

Ltd. & Anr. V/s CBI.

Nobody is present on behalf of the respondents to oppose

the application so preferred.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is

allowed.

The interim order dated 02.04.2012 passed by the co-

ordinate Bench of this Court is extended till vacated or modified.
