Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted

that the Permanent Lok Adalat, Distt. Sirohi has passed

an award dated 15.3.2022 in favour of the respondent

No.2 to the tune of Rs.13,98,531/-, however, the

Permanent Lok Adalat cannot pass an award beyond the

amount of rupees ten lakhs.

Issue notice. Issue notice of stay petition as well.

In the meantime, effect and operation of the award

dated 15.3.2022 passed by the Permanent Lok Adalat,

Distt. Sirohi shall remain stayed subject to the condition

that the petitioners shall deposit an amount of rupees ten

lakhs with the Permanent Lok Adalat, Distt. Sirohi within

a period of one month from today. Out of the said

amount of rupees ten lakhs, rupees eight lakhs shall be

deposited in the form of FDR in a nationalized bank for a

period of five years in the name of respondent No.2 -

Hansmukh (minor) through natural guardian his father -

Shrawan Kumar.

The father of the respondent No.2 - Hansmukh

(minor) is entitled to get interest on the said FDR in

every three months. The remaining amount of rupees two

lakhs shall be disbursed to Shrawan Kumar, natural

guardian-father of the respondent No.2 - Hansmukh

(minor).
