This review petition is filed on behalf of the respondent-

petitioner seeking review of the judgment dated 14.02.2020

passed in D.B.Civil Special Appeal (Writs) No.99/2019, State of

Rajasthan and Ors. vs. Ram Gopal Jaga.

Learned counsel for the respondent-petitioner has

insisted that he has already filed the written submissions in the

review petition and the review petition may be decided while

taking into consideration those written submissions only.

                                              We    have     carefully       gone        through   the   written

submissions filed on behalf of the respondent-petitioner and found

that no case for review of the judgment dated 14.02.2020 is made

out.

Hence, this review petition is dismissed.
