The case comes up on an application preferred on behalf of

the petitioner for bringing the Legal Representatives of the sole

petitioner Ram Vallabh on record who expired on 09.04.2022.

Nobody is present on behalf of the respondents to oppose

the same.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is

allowed.

The Legal Representatives of the of the sole petitioner Ram

Vallabh are taken on record.

Let the amended cause title be filed within a period of one

week.

IA No. 1/2022:-

An application has been moved on behalf of the petitioner

seeking extension of interim order by indicating that

notwithstanding the interim order dated 02.06.2016 passed by the

(2 of 2) [CW-6380/2016]

co-ordinate Bench of this Court, the trial Court is proceeding with

the matter in light of judgment dated 28.03.2018 of Hon'ble

Supreme Court in the case of Asian Resurfacing of Road Pvt.

Ltd. & Anr. V/s CBI.

Nobody is present on behalf of the respondents to oppose

the same.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is

allowed.

The interim order dated 02.06.2016 passed by the co-

ordinate Bench of this Court is extended till vacated or modified.
