Counsel for appellants submits that respondents-plaintiffs

instituted a civil suit for possession which was dismissed by the

trial Court, however, on filing first appeal, same has been decreed

vide judgment and decree dated 21.02.2019.

Heard.

Issue notice to respondents.

In the meanwhile, the execution of impugned judgment and

dated 21.02.2019 shall remain stayed with further direction that

both parties are directed to maintain status quo in relation to plot

in question.
