Learned counsel for the respondents-Mr.Anand Sharma

submits that the controversy raised in the present writ petition is

squarely covered by the judgment passed by the Apex Court in

the case of Vinita Sharma Vs. Rakesh Sharma (Civil Appeal

No./Diary No.326/01/2018) dated 11.08.2020 and as such an

application has also been filed by counsel for the respondents to

decide the present writ petition.

Learned counsel submitted that time may be granted to seek

instructions in the matter and inform this Court as whether

judgment of the Apex Court Vineeta Sharma (supra) has attained

finality or the same is still under consideration by the Larger

Bench.

Learned counsel may seek necessary instructions and inform

this Court on the next date of hearing.

List the matter on 28.07.2022.
